Shipping Policy

Autism Nutrition Research Center processes orders 5 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing of all non-expedited shipping methods after you have placed your order. We will ship all our orders standard by, USPS. Standard delivery time is 2-8 business days depending on delivery location. For faster processing and delivery you can have your order shipped:

  • Priority Mail Shipping (Delivers In 2-3 Business Days - Domestic USA only)
  • Express Mail Shipping (Delivers In 1 Business Day if available in your area - Domestic USA only)

*Additional fees apply for faster delivery methods. Orders must be placed by 1 PM EST for same day shipping.

All packages are shipped with a verified USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Expedited orders placed after 1 PM (MST) may not process until the next business day. We strive to process all expedited orders placed before 1PM MST the same day provided adequate stock is available and the order successfully passes all necessary verification processes. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do not deliver on national holidays.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional charges. If ordering online, your charges will appear upon checkout.

*Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location, if the package is refused or unable to be delivered.

APO Addresses : We must ship via USPS to all APO addresses. Shipping costs are based on package weight.


International Shipping:

Shipping prohibited to Canada for Essentials Plus.


Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned to our center in an undamaged and resalable condition. A refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. In addition, if is billed for the cost of the return shipment due to restrictions, you may be responsible for that cost, too.

Package Loss

Although it is rare for international orders to be lost, please be aware that it can happen. Delivery time frames are estimates only and do not take into account weekends, holidays, or processing and packing times (please allow 24-48 hours for packing).  An international order will not be considered “lost” until 30 days after shipment date. We are unable to process claims until this 30-day period has passed. Please note that we do not offer replacements or store credits. 3rd-Party Shipping Companies/Freight Forwarders

Using international freight forwarders or 3rd-party shipping companies can be a convenient way to receive orders to your address outside the United States. However, please know that if you elect to use this type of service, we cannot issue you a refund of any kind or accept any return of any order handled by any 3rd-party courier. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs due to handling of your order by an outside courier. If you experience any kind of damage or loss when using this type of service, please contact the 3rd-party company for remedy.

Address Errors

We cannot change your delivery address after an order has been shipped. We work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if your address was incorrectly entered at checkout. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we'll only be able to refund you for the cost of merchandise. If the return delivery cost is greater than the value of the merchandise, Autism Nutrition Research Center will inform the carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.


International Payment Methods

All transactions are shown and made in USD (U.S. dollars). Please contact your bank with any questions regarding conversion rates.

Accepted forms of payment currently include:

  • Credit cards associated with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Debit cards associated with Visa or MasterCard
  • PayPal where available

If you experience difficulties using your credit or debit card to make an international purchase, please first contact your bank to ensure that your card has been enabled for international purchases.

All duties and VAT (taxes) are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be notified by the carrier for the balance due and usually given a link to pay before delivery can occur. Please understand that if not paid, they will not deliver your order and will return to us after a certain time period.

Violation of Laws – Customs Regulations

Items sold at Autism Nutrition Research Center are intended for personal use. We ask that you please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions on our ingredients before ordering. Certain countries do restrict some of our ingredients (ie: Canada, Sweden, and especially countries that restrict fish oils). We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, fines, or penalties incurred by your order due to a violation of law or Customs regulations.

Customs Seizure

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned to our center in undamaged and resalable condition. In that event, a refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Customs fees may apply. Please note that if the cost to return a rejected package to our center exceeds the value of the order, we'll instruct the courier to destroy the package and a refund will not be issued.


Autism Nutrition Research Center cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related seized products or delivery delays. However, the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed additional fees. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. Autism Nutrition Research Center reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.



Return Policy

You may return any unopened item purchased from Autism Nutrition Research Center for any reason within sixty (60) days of purchase.

Unopened Items - 60 Days
You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment less any applicable discounts, shipping fees, and handling fees. Sorry, we are not able to accept returns after 60 days.

Damaged & Incorrect Items:
We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands - products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package.

Return Instructions:
1. Place the items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
2. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Make a copy of the receipt that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
4. Use the mailing address below to address your return shipment.
5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
